Receptionist

Fully Onsite – Midtown
9am – 6pm
Compensation DOE - $60 – 70k base
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Coordinating showroom usage
- Entering visitors in system
- Meeting and greeting internal employees and external guests
- Ordering office supplies
- Additional admin ad-hoc projects as needed
Must Haves:
- You have anywhere from 1-3+ years of experience in administrative support within a professional services or hospitality environment
- Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to handle assignments with tact, diplomacy, and flexibility
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- You know how to independently prioritize your projects, while maintaining a calm, composed nature
