Litigation Legal Assistant

Our client, a global law firm is searching for an experienced litigation legal assistant. If you are excited about playing a crucial role in providing administrative and clerical support to a fantastic team, then we would love to hear from you! This is a hybrid role in San Francisco. The ideal candidate has 4-7+ years in a legal setting. Your responsibilities will include document preparation, case management, communication with courts, clients, and opposing counsel, e-filing, and more.

Duties:
- Prepare and proofread legal documents
- Manage cases and communicate with various stakeholders
- Assist in discovery, deposition, and trial preparation
- Handle e-filing in Federal, State, and local courts
- Maintain client and administrative files
- Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
- Enter billable time and assist with billing
- Perform conflict checks and administrative duties
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Deliver top-notch customer service

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma and seven years of litigation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in e-filing documents and confidential/sealed filings
- Knowledge of TOC, TOA, Styles, and PDF software
- Experience with legal software
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well in a team

Salary Range:
$95,000 - $115,000
