Store Manager

A retail apparel/fashion brand is looking for a Store Manager to join their team! Job Details:

ON-SITE

PAY: $60K-$70/year + monthly bonuses & profit sharing

Direct Hire: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
•Foster a lively and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand's spirit.
•Inspire and guide the team to consistently provide genuine and engaging service.
•Implement strategies to enhance employee retention through personalized development plans.
•Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support professional advancement and maintain a positive workplace culture.
•Take an active role in recruiting, hiring, and promoting talented individuals who align with our brand's vision.
•Demonstrate a keen eye for merchandising and uphold high visual presentation standards.
•Train and guide staff on effective merchandising techniques to optimize sales and customer experience.
•Uphold operational standards and procedures to ensure smooth store functioning.
•Provide comprehensive training to team members on point-of-sale systems, loss prevention, and store operations.
•Utilizing scheduling and employee management software streamlines the process of creating work schedules, tracking employee hours, managing shifts, and communicating with the team.
•Implement processes that streamline tasks and enhance overall store productivity.
•Drive operational excellence by addressing tasks promptly and efficiently.
•Collaborate with other managers and departments to optimize store processes and achieve business objectives.
•Oversee adherence to back and front of house standards to maintain a well-loved store environment.

Qualifications:
•2-3+ years of experience as in a retail leadership role.
•Must be able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to effectively manage administrative tasks such as creating reports, analyzing sales data, and developing presentation.
•Thrives in a dynamic, start-up environment where dedication and hard work are valued.
