Executive Assistant - Hedge Fund Start-up

The Chairman of a newly formed Hedge Fund/Family Office is seeking a candidate experienced in providing strategic administrative and personal support.


Please note this role will be remote until January 2025, and then will require in-office days.

RESPONSIBILITES
-Oversee day-to-day office administration for the Founder/Chairman of a newly formed Family Office.
-Monitor and help prioritize multiple business and personal projects
-Manage active and ever-changing calendar in multiple time zones
-Act as primary gatekeeper
-Compose both personal and professional correspondence
-Review all incoming email, drafting responses as necessary
-Prepare research on potential investments and acquisitions
-Maintain confidentiality of all projects and sensitive matters
-Manage special projects, as needed
-Plan and oversee complex travel

SKILLS
-Adept in handling several complex projects at the same time
-Accustomed to prioritizing an ever-changing list of objectives
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Understand how organizations work and have excellent collaborative and influencing skills at all levels
-Comfortable working with confidential information in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree or higher
-Minimum of 3 years in a high-level support role
-Experience providing business and personal support for a busy Principal
-Proficient with most office computer programs including Word, Excel, Outlook
-Skilled in Internet research, savvy with social media

Compensation rage: $100k-175k.
