Accounting Specialist

A major film studio is looking for an Accounting Specialist! Hybrid in Beverly Hills.

Key Responsibilities:
-Invoice Management: Process invoices, issue payments, and track payments, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up with vendors.
-Financial Reporting: Reconcile credit card statements, process expense reimbursements, and generate investment reports for analysis.
-Document Management: Scan and upload invoices and supporting documents into an electronic system for easy access and organization.
-Billing and Collections: Issue invoices to clients, allocate expenses across different entities, and follow up on outstanding payments.
-Administrative Support: Assist with financial closes, tax preparation, audit requests, and testing new accounts payable solutions to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
-2+ years experience in accounts payable
-NetSuite experience a plus, but not required
