Design Assistant

Our client, a textile company is seeking a Design Assistant to join their team. This role is fully onsite.


Responsibilities:‍

• Prepare production-ready artwork for local Encad printer.
• Manage all Encad printing tasks.
• Coordinate with HQ to arrange fabric shipment to printer.
• Maintain and update Encad Excel WIP chart daily, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Set up artwork files in Photoshop.
• Handle artwork-CAD printing.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for overseas printing, and email files to Mills.‍

Requirements:‍

• Diploma in Fashion Design/Textile manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in understanding repeats and color indexation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in design/artwork.
• Proficient in Photoshop.
• Strong sense of color matching.
• Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets and general Windows applications.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
