Ecommerce Director

Our client, a leader in fashion watches, is seeking a motivated Ecommerce Director to join their team! This role is based in their Great Neck, Long Island offices, offering amazing opportunities and growth potential. Responsibilities:‍

• Manage website updates and maintenance in collaboration with our web developer.
• Lead site merchandising strategy, especially for new product launches.
• Oversee technical aspects of websites and troubleshoot issues with our in-house web developer.
• Create and manage site content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with our Digital Agency on A/B testing strategies and execute paid campaigns.
• Lead Email/SMS marketing strategy and provide guidance on automated flows and campaigns.
• Work with the Art Department on web content requirements and asset specifications.
• Produce ecommerce performance dashboards and analyze site KPIs for optimizations.
• Partner with the CMO on technology roadmap and future UX enhancements.
• Manage a team of two direct reports.

Qualifications‍

• Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in DTC Ecommerce, preferably in fashion/accessories.
• Strong proficiency in Shopify and Google Analytics.
• Strong Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies.
• Familiarity with email/SMS platforms, Klaviyo experience preferred.
• Understanding of Shopify front end and back-end functionalities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
