Financial Presentation Specialist

An asset management firm is looking for a Financial Presentation / Graphic Designer to assist them with firm wide presentations as well as aid the advancement and upkeeping of marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

‍
•Working alongside the Events team to create personalized content for both physical and virtual events, including the biennial global client conferences.
•Offer guidance on branding and design choices across different parties involved.
•Execute quality checks for prepared materials.
•Supplying assistance for PowerPoint, Word, and Excel presentations across departments and various stakeholders.
•Acquiring proficiency in UpSlide (PowerPoint application) for crafting organizational charts, tables, and graphs related to firm structure, investment, and corporate aspects within PowerPoint.
•Ensuring top-notch quality of designs for various devices.
•Transforming text and data into captivating designs that bolster business initiatives through multiple communication channels.
•Managing the graphics queue to facilitate project workflow.
•Support digital marketing and Pardot email campaigns across diverse marketing distributions.

Qualifications:

‍
•5+ years of graphic design experience.
•2+ years of financial, pharmaceutical or professional firm experience ( accounting, legal, advertising, or consulting).
•Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
•Extensive expertise in Microsoft Office suite, showcasing advanced abilities in crafting, formatting, and creating charts within Excel and PowerPoint.
•Exceptionally skilled in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
•Proficiency in Adobe InCopy, Dreamweaver, Premiere and After Effects.
•A professional portfolio displaying presentation projects and/or related work.
•Experience with UpSlide is advantageous.
