Marketing Manager

Our client, a growing investment firm is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll be a key player in developing and executing the firm's marketing strategy to help drive growth and increase assets under management. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with senior executives and financial advisors, creating marketing plans and digital strategies that align with business goals.

This is a full-time exempt opportunity with a hybrid schedule at their Los Angeles office.
Salary: $125k - $150k

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the firm and its financial advisors.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with industry regulations.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Oversee external communications, including press releases, blogs, and web content.
• Work with executives to set clear marketing objectives and KPIs.
• Assist with content creation and online presence to generate leads.

Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience, particularly in financial services.
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office (a must for presentations).
• Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Hubspot).
• Solid understanding of inbound marketing and web management.
• Knowledge of SEC marketing rules is a plus.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
