Sales Associate

The sales associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. They will assist customers in finding and purchasing products, provide product information, handle transactions, establish and maintain a clientele, educate customers on the brand, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Greet customers as they enter the store and genuinely engage with them.
· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
· Provide accurate and detailed information about products, features, and benefits.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
· Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
· Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
