Recruiter

Our client, a home textiles manufacturer, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:‍

• Lead the full life-cycle recruitment process
• Stay up to date on the market, competitor analysis and industry news
• Build a strong talent pipeline for various roles
• Source active candidates through strategic sourcing methods
• Manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously
• Communicate with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidates

Requirements:‍

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or relevant field of study
• 5+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
• Fully proficient using Google Suite and MS Office

Salary: $90,000-$100,000
