Hardware Designer - Global Fashion Brand

Our client, a global contemporary fashion brand is seeking a hardware designer to join the team on a contract basis!

Responsibilities:‍

• Uphold design integrity, quality execution and creativity throughout the entire creative process, putting technical specs and design approval of production pieces.
• Be an expert on raw materials to re-imagine construction and design for collections
• Work closely with internal partners and cross functional partners to ensure successful commercialization of product and cohesive cross strategy story telling
• Responsible for outlet jewelry collection

Qualifications:‍

• 5+ years experience working with jewelry design
• Ability to hand-sketch as well as render sketches digitally is essential
• Strong computer skills in illustrator and photoshop+, 3D CAD skill is plus
• Organized and detailed oriented, ability to multi-task
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build strong interpersonal relationships
