Women's Merchandiser

Our client, a sustainable contemporary apparel brand, is seeking a Women's Merchandiser to join their team.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and present comprehensive reports, including regional sales summaries and return reports.
  • Compile and analyze weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual sales data, considering factors such as delivery, classifications, fabrication, color, and price point.
  • Develop SKU-level line plans with productivity, volume expectations, competitive pricing, and IMU direction.
  • Create seasonal product briefs to provide clear, consumer-driven direction to the design team.
  • Manage RLM, including MSRP, wholesale price, collection, delivery, tier, and SKU management.
  • Understand and adhere to the Product Development Calendar.
  • Create and distribute milestone meeting decks for each product.
  • Oversee Season Kickoff, SKU Plan Review, ILR, FLR, and Retail Kickoff meetings.
  • Manage purchase orders for third-party collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; a bachelor's degree in Merchandising or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Product Line Management is a plus
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, work independently, take initiative, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Detailed knowledge of data systems, including RLM (PLM systems), Shopify, 42, and NuOrder.
