Executive Assistant/Office Manager

A newly launched investment firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the lovely Co-Founder/CEO and cover members of the Investor Relations, Operations and Trading teams. You’ll be working collaboratively with another EA to help maintain the office and contribute to their warm culture.

Candidates are expected to be in office 5 days/ week in their Midtown office. Standard hours are 9am-6pm with great work life balance.

Salary is commensurate with experience: $130-140k base range (no bonus or OT). They offer great benefits, flexible PTO and a positive morale.


Responsibilities:
- Calendar management, complex global travel and roadshow coordination
- Meeting logistics, organize documents and reports, expenses
- Office management, liaise with IT vendors, restock supplies and assist with onboarding new employees
- Collaborate on events, employee engagement and HR functions


Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience including a few years supporting C-level executives
- Industry preference is out of smaller financial services firms or start-ups
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Team player willing to jump in and works well in a collaborative environment
- Resourceful, proactive and adaptive to change
- They use Microsoft systems, Adobe and QuickBooks
