A luxury brand is seeking an experienced, innovative and elevated candidate to join their NYC team as an Executive Recruiter!

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8+ years of Recruiting experience, including at the executive level, in house or out of an agency.

Compensation: $120 – 165k + Bonus eligibility

Responsibilities:

-Work closely with management and various departments to align on priorities and proactively establish candidate networks.
-Develop and execute a high-impact executive hiring strategy that emphasizes a superior candidate journey, clear milestones, and measurable outcomes, all while maintaining elevated standards.
-Regularly share insights on market dynamics, competitor movements, and industry trends, focusing on Director-level and niche talent acquisition
-Take on a central role in recruiting for Director and specialized corporate positions, managing the complete recruitment cycle for each role.
-Identify and attract both active and passive candidates using innovative and strategic sourcing techniques.


Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience as a Recruiter required
-Experience using complex applicant tracking systems, recruitment databases and willingness to maximize systems for sourcing.
-Skilled in navigating sophisticated recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, with a strong drive to optimize these tools for sourcing candidates.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to manage several projects at once
-Superb time management and organizational skills
