Personality Social Media Manager

Our client, a prominent brand in the Women's Intimates apparel industry, is looking for a Personality Social Media Manager. This would be a hybrid role based in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Oversee and manage our TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube channels.
  • Ensure consistent posting and brand alignment across all platforms.

Content Creation

  • Create and post 60+ Instagram static and reel posts per month.
  • Develop and implement engaging Instagram stories that drive sales, increase profile visits, and boost viewership to 2,050+ views.
  • Consistently generate fresh and innovative ideas for content that aligns with brand goals and audience preferences.

Audience Engagement

  • Strategically work to increase Instagram engagement rate to 3%.
  • Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions across platforms.
  • Implement strategies to double the following across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Analytics & Performance

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to gauge success and optimize future content.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, CTR, profile visits, and follower growth.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong content creation skills, with a portfolio showcasing successful posts, stories, and videos.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet content deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Must be comfortable in front of the camera and enjoy engaging directly with your audience.
  • This role is for someone eager to become the face of the brand, embodying the brand's values and voice.
  • Must already have no less than 10,000 followers and 20,000 viewers across social media platforms.
  • Must be prepared to showcase examples of your videos and social media content that demonstrate your ability to connect with and grow an audience.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid promotions is preferred.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
