Executive Assistant

Our client, an outstanding finance firm, is looking for a sharp Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to several senior team members on a temporary basis. This role will necessitate skills in core executive assistant tasks including global calendar management, expenses work, schedule coordination, and meeting logistics, as well as being able to greet and direct guests. *This is a temp and hybrid role (with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote) located in the Financial District of San Francisco, CA.

What you’ll do:
• Coordinate the heavy management of global calendars and scheduling for Senior Analysts and Portfolio Managers
• Ensure guests are greeted and directed correctly, and that phones are covered as needed
• Managing meeting logistics, ensuring all materials and set-up needs are accounted for
• Assist with coordination of global travel, remaining available to assist with travel hiccups and accounting for all potential issues.
• Remain available to assist with any administrative and organizational needs

What you’ll bring:
• 2-4 years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a professional environment
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Excellent professionalism

Salary Range:
$35/hr - $43/hr
