Senior Designer, Men's Swim

Our client, a swimwear manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Designer to join their Men's Swimwear team in New York.

Responsibilities:

-Lead the design and development process for the men's swimwear collection from concept to final product
-Conduct market research
-Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, and color palettes
-Create technical sketches, CADs, and tech packs
-Ensure quality standards are being met
-Present design concepts and collections to senior management
-Oversee fittings


Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
-At least 8+ years of experience in swimwear design
-Proven experience managing a design team
-In-depth knowledge of swimwear fabrics, construction techniques, and fit
-Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
