Executive Assistant

A Leading Technology Firm is seeking a creative and driven Executive Assistant to support several Executives for a long term contract need with the potential to convert to direct hire. In this role you will conduct core Executive Assistant duties, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel booking, light event planning, expenses, and more. This is an opportunity to work with a company that puts value in superior creativity, possesses a “think outside the box” mentality, and has a work ethic that is second to none. They are looking for a detail-oriented, master multitasker to support their team!

*This is a temp-to-hire and hybrid role located in Redwood City, CA.

What you’ll do:

  • Support multiple Executives with administrative needs
  • Conduct complex calendar management spanning multiple time zones
  • Plan events, such as offsites or gatherings
  • Assist with various requests, including meal acquisition, as needed
  • Own travel coordination for domestic and international travel and expense processing
  • Prepare meeting rooms and assist with troubleshooting system issues
  • Coordinate external meetings with high-level individuals


What we’re looking for:

  • 5-7+ years supporting multiple executives, preferably in the technology industry
  • Some experience supporting Engineering teams is preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in Google Suite
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environment and operate at a high level of ownership
  • Capable of utilizing resourcefulness to multi-task, work independently, and meet urgent needs
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and conduct self with upmost professionalism


Salary Range
$50/hr - $60/hr
