Production Manager

Our client, a growing apparel brand, is seeking a Production Manager to join their team in New York.

Responsibilities:‍

• Direct the entire production process
• Enter and track purchase orders, and maintain PO worksheets
• Manage negotiations
• Monitor T&A calendar
• Oversee WIP documents
• Manage the submission process for product samples
• Coordinate with factories to update on sample progress
• Approve layout for labels, hangtags, price tags, and carton markings
• Resolve production-related issues promptly

Requirements:‍

• A minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in production within the apparel sector
• Strong skills in organization, negotiation, and interpersonal communication
• Capability to succeed in a quick, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
