Part-Time Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support two high-profile philanthropists. This role involves a mix of estate management, scheduling, travel coordination, and bookkeeping/invoicing. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and seeking the flexibility of a part-time schedule.

Location: West Los Angeles (Brentwood)

Schedule: Part-time, 3-4 days a week (Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–4 PM)

Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage household operations, including vendor coordination and estate management.
-Book appointments, oversee scheduling, and coordinate with the principal’s corporate Executive Assistant to align calendars.
-Arrange domestic and international travel, including occasional coordination for additional family, and for business trips.
-Assist with expense reporting and bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience preferred).
-Oversee household purchases and maintain records of financial transactions.
-Help care for a small dog, including occasional feeding or coordinating pet-related services.
-Provide general administrative support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.


Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Estate Manager, or similar role.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of discretion.
-Proficiency in QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience for expense tracking.
-Comfortable using Mac products (iPhone, MacBook, etc.).
-Familiarity with high-net-worth households and corporate coordination.
-Ability to anticipate needs and work independently in a private home office.
