General Manager - Luxury Hospitality Group

Our client, a luxury hospitality group, is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to join their team in Aspen, Colorado. This individual will be responsible for training and mentoring front-of-house staff and ensure all operational standards are being upheld.


Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations across all departments including sales, production, customer service, and inventory.
-Responsible for recruitment, training, and onboarding of new employees.
-Foster a positive work culture and team environment, mentoring front-of-house employees to achieve professional success within the organization.
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and implementing solutions, as necessary.
-Help implement strategies to improve customer retention and brand loyalty.
-Assist in overseeing inventory management, ensuring stock levels are appropriate and costs are controlled.
-Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed.
-Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:
-5-7+ years of experience as a General Manager, preferably within a fine-dining restaurant environment.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Fluency in French or Italian is strongly preferred.
-Flexibility in schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
