Shipping Coordinator

Our client, a luxury textile manufacturing company, is looking for a professional and dependable Shipping Coordinator to join their Los Angeles team!

Responsibilities:
• Supervise product distribution from the warehouse to customers.
• Print and accurately affix shipping labels to packages.
• Make sure orders are fulfilled and packed correctly.
• Track orders, monitor pending shipments, and identify delays.
• Collaborate with carriers for scheduling and tracking shipments.
• Resolve shipping issues / discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage order processing.
• Handle returns / exchanges per company policy.
• Follow safety and security procedures.

Requirements:
• Strong computer / IT skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Fast learner or has prior experience with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, SOS Inventory, Shopify).
• Willing to work hands-on with a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Prior experience in shipping or logistics is a plus.
