Luxury Greeter

Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is seeking a Luxury Client Advisor to join their team in a contract capacity in the Design District, Bal-Harbour, and Miami Beach location ASAP for their Art Basel exhibit.


*MUST be open to working all 3 locations as you will be rotated to each location.*

Their ideal candidate is a polished and outgoing individual with the ability to accurately represent their brand's values.

*Must be able to work 5 days/week

*Duration: November 11th-December 28th

*MUST have luxury retail experience - ideally jewelry experience


Responsibilities:‍

• Delivering outstanding one-on-one luxury customer service
• Responsible for assisting the sales team in maintaining sales floor organization and lending a helping hand where needed
• Understand, embrace, and follow all company policies and procedures
• Be a team player with a positive and proactive attitude, to build cohesion and a collaborative atmosphere within the teams

Requirements:‍

• Have previous experience working as a Sales Associate for premium/luxury brands
• Have previous experience in achieving personal targets through building and maintaining relationships with luxury clients
• Understand one-on-one client service and clienteling
• Have a real passion for luxury and be able to communicate confidently with our clients
