Vice President - Investment Banking / M&A

With offices in Paris, New York, and London, the firm is well positioned to provide tailored M&A advisory services to its clients.

The firm is currently working on a number of high-profile transactions and would enable the right candidate to gain unrivalled cross-border deal exposure, working directly alongside experienced bankers.

To support our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a Vice-President candidate.

Required skills‍

• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in investment banking or private equity, but we will also consider, on a selective basis, those with other relevant experiences.
• The candidate will be a highly entrepreneurial, driven, and polished individual, keen on working as part of a small deal team with high exposure to live transactions and minimal bureaucracy.
• The candidate will possess a great understanding of the technical skills required for investment banking, the ability to perform under high pressure, strong oral and written communication skills, and exceptional sense of rigor and attention to details. The candidate is also expected to maintain strict confidentiality.
• The candidate will be fluent in English and will approach everything that is undertaken with drive, determination, and enthusiasm. Knowledge of TMT or Energy/Renewables verticals is a plus. Fluency in French or Spanish is also a plus.
