Temporary Administrative Floater
Our client, an investment management firm, is looking for a temporary Administrative Floater! This person will float around to different departments helping out on different projects/teams as needed.
This assignment starts asap and could go permanent down the line if the right fit.
Location: Midtown
Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
*Fully onsite
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence
- Setting up for meetings and managing conference room calendars
- Maintaining complex executive calendars
- Arranging international and domestic travel plans and itineraries
- Submitting expense reports
- Maintaining a neat and stocked office space
- Covering for reception desk as needed
- Providing administrative support to teams as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative and/or reception experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented
- Personable and flexible to adapt to last-minute changes in schedule
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
