House Manager

An Ultra-High Net Worth Family is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee their Southampton residence. This position is full-time, and the ideal candidate must be local to Southampton and able to be onsite year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee housekeeping staff, household renovations, and property maintenance.
  • Handle seasonal tasks, including winterizing the home and ensuring all systems are operational.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for various projects.
  • Provide hospitality services for overnight guests.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Provide regular status updates (daily/weekly) to the principal when they are away.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to cleanliness and organization throughout the home.
  • Ensure a friendly, professional demeanor with staff, guests, and contractors.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Practical, hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, backup generators, SmartHome technology, and residential repairs.
  • Prior Household/Estate Management experience.
  • Experience working with Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) or a background in hospitality/butler services.
  • Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule, with flexibility for on-call availability when the family is in residence (within reason).
