Senior Project Manager

Our client, a meal prep company, is looking to a hire a Senior Project Manager

This position is fully remote with some quarterly travel to either LA or Denver office.
‍

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and facilitate project meetings, engaging with team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage and deliver on key project milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Oversee project governance, timeline development, and tracking obsolescence.
  • Manage transition processes with external vendors in collaboration with the project team.
  • Primarily focus on the Project Redesign for two major brands.
  • Provide project reporting and status updates through status reports and monthly review meetings.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project progress.
  • Oversee budget management, resource planning, and utilization across graphic redesign initiatives.
  • Confirm project completion, consistency, and readiness for transition.
  • Ensure external partners have all necessary information for a smooth transition and establish processes for effective communication.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service & Logistics, to ensure timely execution of project timelines and processes.
