Pastry Chef - Upscale Hospitality Group

Our client, an upscale hospitality group is seeking a Pastry Chef to join their team in the Scottsdale, AZ area for their brand new restaurant opening! This Pastry Chef will be working with the Head Pastry Chef to prepare high-quality pastries and desserts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:‍

• Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Prepare high-quality pastries and desserts with available ingredients
• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment
• Follow proper procedures for handling food
• Measure ingredients to ensure consistency and control
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment‍

Qualifications:‍

• 2-4+ years' of experience minimum as a Pastry Chef
• Previous experience in another fast-paced environment
• Have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to be creative and artistic
