Temp to Perm Office Coordinator

Our client, a law firm, is seeking a Temp to Perm Reception/Office Coordinator to join their DC team!

This position starts asap and has the potential to go permanent down the line.

Location: Washington, DC

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

*Fully Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Booking conference rooms and setting them up for meetings/breaking them down
  • Ordering and setting up catering
  • Liaising with building management
  • Restocking the pantry and inventory
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work alongside a team
  • Strong communication skills
