Senior Social Media Strategist

Our client, a leading NYC based Purpose Driven Clean Beauty Brand, is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Social Media Strategist to join their growing team!


This role will focus on driving social media strategies to elevate brand visibility, scale and expand the audience base, and deliver engaging content that fosters brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:‍

• Manage daily operations for the brand’s key social channels, including planning, briefing, and execution of content with a focus on scaling channels.
• Create monthly calendars and strategies to drive engagement while maintaining the brand’s identity.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media with broader campaigns and goals.
• Work closely with the Influencer team for organic and paid integrations.
• Track and report on social media performance, providing insights and thought leadership to management.
• Oversee and edit social media copy, ensuring consistency with brand voice and guidelines.
• Stay updated on digital trends and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:‍

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in social media, beauty experience required
• Strong experience in social media strategy and campaign development.
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in collaboration.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

$110k-$125k + bonus commensurate with experience
