Temporary Executive Assistant

Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to provide direct support to their President and CEO to coordinate high volume scheduling, correspondence and logistics.

This position starts asap and will last for about 6 months.

Hours: 9am – 6pm, Fully Onsite  

Responsibilities:
• Heavy calendar management in Outlook
• Schedule internal and external meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Handled email and phone correspondence
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an administrative professional
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Professional and strong communication skills
