Executive Assistant
Our client, a highly prestigious investment company located in San Francisco, is seeking an experienced and bright Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders. This role will require skills in organization, complex global travel arrangements, comfortability learning new technologies, and more. *This is a hybrid role with three days onsite located in San Francisco, CA.
What you’ll do:
- Support two executives with complex daily scheduling, travel, and other needs
- Conduct complex global travel arrangements with ease, updating expenses, managing visas, and remaining available to assist with any travel issues
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively partner with a variety of administrative professionals across teams
- Proactively ask thoughtful questions to ensure the smooth operations of senior leaders
- Manage reports and remain open to learning new technologies to maximize efficiencies
What you’ll bring:
- Experience supporting several executives in the finance industry is preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience with global travel arrangements is required
- 5-8 years of prior executive assistance experience
- Excellent organizational and strategic support skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $120,000
