Housekeeper/Personal Assistant

A private couple based in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a dedicated, experienced, and trustworthy Housekeeper to join their team. In this position, the Housekeeper will work closely with the Principals to manage day-to-day cleaning, high-touch laundry services, light meal prep, maintenance of household inventory and running household errands.

This hands-on role involves daily housekeeping and providing personal household assistance and support for the couple. Qualified candidates should be strong communicators, solution oriented, have a flexible mindset, resourceful and operate with discretion. Experience working with and scheduling vendors is key, in addition to someone who can pivot with daily priorities.

Candidates must have a friendly demeanor and demonstrated employment history of working with private families in a personal support and housekeeping capacity. This is a live-out role in the Scottsdale area. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and clean driving record are required.

Compensation: Salary starting at $85k DOE plus a monthly stipend to cover medical benefits.

The general schedule is Monday – Friday (early hours) on weekdays with the ability to work occasional weekends and evenings.

Education & Experience:‍

• A high school diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing residential housekeeping and household assistance.
• Experience working within a high-service, action-oriented private household environment with high accountability levels.
• Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances, tools, and cleaning products.
• Comfortable with standard Mac/PC and internet skills, including email, apps, spreadsheets, and calendaring programs.
  Excellent verbal communication skills.
