Temp Retail Associate

A Well-Known Christmas Store is seeking multiple Sales/Stock Associates to join their Coral Gables boutique in a Contracted capacity! This is a demanding and fast-paced role that requires support from a highly competent, proactive, self-motivated, and organized individuals.

Duration: November 2nd - December 31st
$20-$21/hour
40 hours/week - rotating retail schedule

Responsibilities:

• Delivering outstanding one-on-one customer service
• Responsible for assisting the operations team in maintaining stockroom organization and processing monthly shipments
• Understand, embrace and follow all company policies and procedures
• Be a team player with a positive and pro-active attitude, in order to build cohesion and a collaborative atmosphere within the teams

Requirements:‍

• Have previous experience working as a Sales Associate or Stock Associate for established brands
• Have previous experience in achieving personal targets through building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Understand one-on-one client service and clienteling
• Have a real passion for luxury and be able to communicate confidently with our clients
