TTP PT Sales Assistant

A Prominent Italian Lifestyle Brand is seeking a temp-to-perm PT Sales Assistant to join their front of house team during the busy holiday season. This is a demanding and fast-paced role that requires support from highly competent, proactive, self-motivated, and organized individuals.

Duration: TEMP TO PERM (ASAP - Mid January)

Location: Aventura, FL

Hours: Part-Time

Pay: $19-$23/hour


Key Responsibilities:‍

• Welcome the customer following the established sales ceremony,
• Offer adequate support to the customer in the purchasing process;
• Build quality relationships with current and potential customers by keeping them informed about products and services,
• Always be available, attentive and kind in all business interactions,
• Communicate the feedback collected through interactions with customers and collaborate in achieving the Store's sales objectives.
• Previous experience in the retail world is required;
• Flexible hours and availability to work shifts

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service orientation: ability to engage in a positive relationship with the customer and understand their needs/expectations, proactivity in finding alternative solutions to resolve problems;
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to communicate in an open, transparent and constructive way and to interact with different people both within the company and with customers;
• Result orientation;
• Speed of learning and ability to know how to move in a dynamic work environment;
• Flexibility, ability to adapt and work in a team
