Head Housekeeper

A UHNW family in the Atlanta Metro area (North Side) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to oversee the household’s cleaning staff and ensure the residence is maintained to the highest luxury standards. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability required for special events. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a warm, service-minded approach.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of three housekeepers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Maintain an organized inventory of household supplies, ensuring timely restocking as needed.
• Supervise all cleaning and organizational tasks to maintain an immaculate and well-presented home.
• Act as the primary point of contact for household management, responding to requests with a professional and service-oriented approach.
• Ensure the residence reflects a five-star hospitality standard, incorporating elements of luxury and high-level taste, similar to those found in yachting or ultra-high-end hospitality environments.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing housekeeping staff in a private estate, luxury hospitality, or yachting environment is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
