Talent Acquisition Specialist
A national Financial Services Firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of their retail offices!
The ideal candidate has 1 – 3+ years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced and collaborative team. If you are personable, eager and goal motivated, this is the role for you!
This position reports to the Midtown East office location.
Currently hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote - may ask for 5 days for training weeks. Once up and running could need to go in 4-5 days for events or as needed.
Hours: 9am-5pm.
Salary: Commensurate with experience: $70-85k Base + performance and placement bonus.
You Will:
- Manage the candidate tracking systems for all positions by maintaining and sending out weekly recruitment status reports
- Effectively source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Networking, etc.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews
- Provide a superb candidate experience from initial meeting to onboarding processes
- Practice efficient recruitment efforts to attract top talent

- You’re organized, dedicated, and detail-oriented about your work
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
