Temp Sales Lead

A Premium Coffee brand is seeking a temp Sales Supervisor to join their Aventura Kiosk in ASAP! You will help people discover just how easy it is to make smooth, delicious cold brew at home. You'll spark their curiosity, guide them through fun demos, and leave them pumped to grab their own machine. You don’t need to be a coffee lover to do this gig, you just need to have a passion for people!

*Full-time hours (Weekend availability is a MUST)

*ASAP - Mid January (Potential for extension)

Responsibilities‍

• Team Leadership & Motivation: Foster a high-energy, positive environment where everyone feels excited to be part of the team, and inspire them to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
• Product Demonstration & Customer Engagement: Perform live demonstrations and engage customers through hands-on experiences, and getting samples in their hands!
• Encourage your team to create memorable interactions that drive sales.
  Sales: Optimize sales by ensuring the team is trained and comfortable with the product
• Operations, Inventory & Visual Merchandising: Oversee inventory management, mall operations and visual merchandising to ensure a smooth, on-brand experience
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner, maintaining a high level of product knowledge
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and track team performance against sales goals, and liaise with company stakeholders in optimizing and maximizing sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Have 2+ years of retail/sales management experience
• Love hitting sales targets and motivating others to do the same
• Have a knack for building relationships and making people feel welcome and excited
• Are a natural leader, able to guide and inspire a team while keeping things fun
• Are highly organized, dependable, and know how to keep things running smoothly
• Love learning and staying up to date on new products and trends
