Associate Product Manager

A leading toy brand is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join their creative team temporarily. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Product Manager, contributing to the development of innovative and award-winning products. You will focus on prioritizing tasks to meet project objectives, present ideas with clarity and impact, and connect with the team to bring creative ideas to life. Duration: 4-6 months

Key Responsibilities:‍

• Assist the Product Manager with all aspects of the product development process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress, timelines, and milestones.
• Support sample management, ensuring that products are reviewed, tested, and adjusted as needed.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product decisions.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive product vision.
• Manage data and create reports, utilizing Excel to generate insights and drive decisions.

Qualifications:‍

• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferably within a product or design team, in the toy or gaming industry.
• Familiarity with the product development process and sample management systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, with a preference for advanced skills (e.g., pivot tables).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
