Our client, a prominent private credit firm focused on strategic lending solutions, is seeking an Associate to join their team!

The Associate will support senior investment professionals in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing private credit investments. This role will be working with a small, high-performing team and provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire investment process, and to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2-3+ years of experience in private credit, restructuring, leveraged finance, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Solid understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, capital structure, and analyzing complex deal structures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
