Administrative Assistant to Partner

$150k+ all in (Base $110k + Paid Overtime + Exceptionally Generous Bonus) + Benefits
This role is 5 days onsite in San Francisco's Financial District
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a Partner at our firm. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Partner, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of client materials and other relevant documentation.
- Manage correspondence and prioritize incoming communications.
- Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
- Support project management tasks and help track deliverables and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, experience in Investment Banking required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
