Client Advisor

Our client, a luxury women's contemporary brand, is seeking a Client Advisor to join their team in NYC! This role will be splitting time between the brands flagship location and VIC Salon.

$26-$29hr + Commission, Commensurate of experience

Responsibilities:‍

• Achieve individual monthly and annual sales goals while contributing to the boutique's overall team targets.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience and support sales efforts.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, assisting with purchases, and ensuring smooth checkout and packaging processes.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, expanding the client book to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately, including recording client data, tracking purchase history, and resolving any discrepancies at the point of sale.
• Partner with management to address operational issues and maintain a clean, organized workstation and sales environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Possess a strong client book and the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering high-end customer experiences.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Open availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive, ambitious attitude with a passion for luxury retail and client engagement.
