Production & Logistics Specialist

Our client, a home goods manufacturing brand, is seeking a Production & Logistics Specialist to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities‍

• Oversee production and logistics processes for Costco accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Complete and manage all required Costco forms, ensuring compliance with retailer guidelines and expectations.
• Coordinate and track production timelines, maintaining clear communication with factories and stakeholders.
• Handle factory audits, ensuring compliance with Costco standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage production testing and quality assurance processes to meet retailer and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics, shipping, and delivery processes.
• Maintain detailed records of production schedules, shipping logs, and compliance documents.

Qualifications:‍

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in production, logistics, or a related role, ideally with Costco or a similar retailer.
• Strong understanding of Costco production and logistics processes.
• Experience with factory audits and production testing.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

$70,000–$100,000, depending on experience.
