Production/Operations Manager

Our client, a luxury boutique, is looking for a professional and dependable Production / Operations Manager to join their Los Angeles team!

Responsibilities:
• Ensure production runs smoothly by directing, planning, and controlling the production process.
• Coordinating multiple components of the production process such as inventory control, supply chain logistics, and quality assurance.
• Overseeing details, payment, and deliverables for fabric orders both overseas and locally.
• Creating labels, verify fabric care by maintaining an organized chart with fabric details and codes.
• Liaising with DTLA factories to ensure all items are up to standard. Create PO and handle invoice payment, quality control, and update production chart and maintain organized system for patterns and other deliverables internally.

Requirements:
• Must be familiar with the tech aspect of organizing and reading patterns and comparing them to development samples to verify accuracy.
• Must be comfortable commuting to Canoga Park / DTLA for factory visits.
