Production Coordinator

A leading Entertainment/Music Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to support a special project. As a key contributor to the production process, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and maintaining clear communication across departments and external vendors to ensure digital/physical music products are delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities‍

• Provide support for planning, scheduling, and monitoring all aspects of production.
• Input and manage data within scheduling systems.
• Act as a liaison between Creative, Marketing, A&R, Manufacturing, Production departments, and external vendors such as design, pre-press, and print partners.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Learn and master proprietary software programs specific to production.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by company management.

Qualifications‍

• Minimum 2 years in a production or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Strong general computer skills with the ability to master new software programs quickly.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion with sensitive information.
