Event Sales Manager - Upscale Restaurant Group

Our client, an upscale restaurant group is looking for a talented Event Sales Manager to join their team in Miami! This individual will play a critical role in managing events with the ability to also support the overall operation of the restaurant. As the Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving event sales, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of events hosted at their restaurant.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of event sales and management experience in an upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong sales skills along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multitask, and solve problems quickly.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
