Retail Sales Floor Associate

Our client, a contemporary clothing brand, is looking for a professional and dependable sales associate to join their Atlanta, GA team!

Responsibilities:
• Customer service – Providing exceptional hospitality and assistance to clients, providing recommendations, styling advice, answering questions.
• Sales - Identifying business opportunities, achieving sales quotas, preparing sales proposals.
• Cash Register - Operating POS, processing payments, online orders, and refunds.
• Problem Solving - Responding to guest concerns and complaints in a professional and constructive manner.
• Time Management - Juggling multiple tasks at once, such as replenishing merchandise, assisting clients, and recovering the sales floor.

Requirements:
• This is an on-site role. Candidates should be based near Atlanta, GA to be considered.  
• Fashion enthusiasts and retail experience within women’s and men’s apparel preferred.
• Ability to effectively create, manage and adhere to deadlines.
• Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate.
• Strong organizational skills, writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable and savvy with computer technology and software within PC and iOS platforms.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 25+ lbs.
