Part-Time Personal Assistant/Project Manager

The Founder of a NYC hedge fund is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant. Administrative scheduling is only a small part of the role, he’d love to find a high-tough and professional candidate who is savvy with NYC nightlife and can research hot restaurants, concierge services and membership club events.

This person must be based in NYC for in-person errands and meet-ups as needed but will primarily be remote for 15 hours/ week.

Hourly pay rate: $30-50 (no benefits offered)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with top concierge services to build relationships and gain access to exclusive clubs
• Research top restaurants and events
• Liaise with his House Manager who is based in the Hamptons during the summers
• Be accessible in NYC if issues arise in his apartment
• Light administrative scheduling personal appointments and calendar management

Requirements:
• 7-15+ years of experience working within financial services and luxury hospitality
• Must be able to provide white-glove service and handle communications on the Founder’s behalf
• Articulate and poised who can be stern and assertive
• NYC savvy
• Proactive attitude and own project timelines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
