Logistics Coordinator

Our client, a luxury brand specializing in premium denim, is looking for a professional and dependable temporary Logistics Coordinator to join their Gardena team!

Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain Import Tracker for cross functional team’s visibility.
- Approve shipment schedules and quotes in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitor and track shipments coming into our multiple DCs to ensure on time delivery in conjunction with our Inbound Operations Coordinator.
- Flag any transit related delays to the appropriate teams.
- Assist with accounting related requests regarding inventory and inbound freight.
- Create and analyze freight forwarder and customs broker scorecards relating to performance.
- Maintain and/or create any freight related SOPs for vendors.
- Complete any ADHOC projects or tasks as assigned.
- Support with any DC transfers of inventory.
- Handle any international wholesale RTVs back to our DCs.

Requirements:
- This is an on-site role. Candidates must be willing to commute to Gardena, CA to be considered.
- Intermediate Excel User (VLOOKUP’s, conditional formatting, pivot tables)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite & teams.
- Ability to track multiple processes at once and work independently.
- Experience with 3PLs and internally owned DCs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data reporting.
- Strong time management skills.
